Despite each project having its own set of challenges, our five basic methods have proven successful. Our methods are: Mechanical Side Trimming, Mulching/Grubbing, Climbing, Hand Clearing, and Chemical Application. In the rare case these methods can't accomplish the goal, we are capable of thinking outside the box to plan, adapt, and execute, while also having the wherewithal to obtain and implement appropriate equipment.

Our biggest strength is our crew versatility which results in efficient work and less down time. Through extensive training, our crew members gain knowledge and expertise in all aspects of our work. This strategy provides work diversity to prevent job complacency, ultimately creating a safer job site. When a member is well-rounded, they have a broader perspective for potential hazards, machine capabilities, and fellow crew members.

We have several operators who are also competent tree climbers. Their skills are utilized in certain circumstances such as yard tree removal where our mechanical trimmers have limited access due to obstacles like fences, decks, and houses. All current crew members are experienced groundsmen and skid steers/Fecon operators, while over half of them are proficient trimmer operators. Over half of our crew members also hold Class A-CDL's, making short notice mobilization and rapid deployment possible. Many of our crew members are also mechanically inclined, so inevitable breakdowns are only minor setbacks. 

 

We believe that crew versatility is crucial to our success as well as employee moral. Each member takes pride in their work and truly believe in our company values of safety, dedication, quality, and productivity.
