It is our standard to do everything in our power to ensure our customers, as well as the landowners of which the easements run through, are satisfied with our work. We understand that occasionally new owners take ownership of easement agreements and don't always understand the extent of the agreement. We strive to do our part in educating landowners, while maintaining relationships. We know that positive land owner relations go along way when it comes to future work.

What Sets Us Apart?
EK Land Management, LLC was founded by Jake Wade in 2018. Jake was a principal at his family business, Wade Quarries, until its sale in 2017. He has over 20 years experience in supplying aggregates to large scale companies such as BNSF Railroad, KCP&L, as well as federal and state highway projects. After the sale of the family business, Jake took his knowledge of business management, equipment operations and maintenance, along with other various skills and applied them to start his own adventure.
